Person called claimihg to be a invesigator Elliot. said to call him a certain time and I didn't gave some some docket number. I knew better not to because It is some type of scam. repoted them to the FTC. I had a similiar type of incident about three weeks ago. I had called this company back and asked for more info. they wouldnt give me any info. They asked me for my phone number since I blocked my call and I wouldn't give it to them.

Well, I pressed "0" and a guy finally picked up and said "It's a glorious day with Chase," and I told him that your phone options do not allow me to be removed from the listing. And he said, "There is an option to hang up!" and he hung up on me! You can't be serious you ignorant jerks! Who would do business with these people OR give personal information? This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name.
